I am a very skeptical about books and literatures that are designed help you,
usually they want to sell you something else. But after reading this book based on the
recommendation from my brother. He had bragged about how he had saved thousands of dollars when he
and his wife purchased their first house. Let me tell you if I had not read this book I would have
been one of the people paying all the "junk fees and charges" and so forth. The author of this book
helped me save my hard earned money by educating me on the loan process and what to look for. Every
penny matters and after I watched how the banks have ripped us off and still do with the handouts
of tax payer’s money. I would highly recommend reading this book if you are planning to purchase a
home or refinance. The author keeps the book moving along to help keep it not boring.
One thing is she does use this book to advertise her mortgage business but I
found a much better deal at a small local bank by using an online search to receive a few different
quotes.
Read the book and get informed as a customer we need to keep the money in our pockets instead of
lining those CEO's pockets.
